Luisa, a Fijian lady residing in Australia had lower spinal
injuries. Surgery to correct the problem failed and Luisa was paralysed
from the waist down, and had great pain around her midrift. Her eye surgeon
a member of our Fellowship, testified that God is able to heal and invited
Luisa to a Healing Meeting. At that meeting all the pain left and Luisa
began to get a little feeling. A member of our Healing Team began to ring
her twice a week to share the Word and pray with her, and Luisa began to
spend $50 a week of her pension money to come to the Healing Service by
special taxi determined to receive the Healing Jesus had paid for. Over
the last eighteen months feeling has returned to her body (she can tell
the difference between warm and cold water), she now has control of her
bodily functions, she can push on her feet and gradually the muscles are
growing back.
Recently Luisa returned to the hospital where the accident happened
asking for a new assessment. At first they refused to see her, saying that
from her file there could be no change, however Luisa insisted and they
were astonished at the difference. Immediately they ordered braces for
her legs and a stand for her to begin to practice standing, she can now
stand in the frame for about 4 mins. As Luisa is a very big woman her legs
have to strengthen to support her weight. Along with her Healing Luisa
has grown in the Word of God and experienced much blessing in her home
amongst her children, weekly testifing of God's blessing and provision. |
