This young man was living on borrowed time. Seven days before, the doctors had told him that he had five days to live. It was now the seventh day. His friends brought him from the hospital and laid him on the back pew. Pastor Vaughan seeing them come in requested they bring him to the front pew under the anointing where the team ministered to him in the love of Jesus releasing their faith and the Healing power of the Holy Spirit.
Following the service Pastor Vaughan ministered to him. By Word of Knowledge is was revealed that not only had he backslidden but he had fun from a Call of God. So Pastor Vaughan lead him in a prayer of repentance and rededication of his life to the Lord and then prayed for the cancer. Soon he was sitting up and feeling and looking much better as the life returned to him. Shortly afterwards he was observed making his way to the kitchen for food and sitting eating a plate of sandwiches. He had not been able to eat before and was feed intravenously.
There was great rejoicing in his healing and life back on track for God. This young man did not return to hospital as he felt so well he returned to his village.
Sadly God was not honoured and three weeks later it is reported that he took part in some witchcraft ceremonies in his village and took a witchcraft potion which killed him. An important lesson to learn from this is that God will not be mocked.
